After the police arrested the complainant who claimed he was made to bury 70-80 bodies of murder and rape victims in Karnataka's Dharmasthala, his wife told Republic Kannada that "he was paid to spread lies". The complainant CN Chinnayya alias Chenna, has been arrested for lying under oath, officials said, adding his claims were found to be false and fabricated.
