Paisalo Digital has approved private placement of commercial papers worth ₹480 crore. As part of this, 600 listed CPs, each valued at ₹5 lakh, were allotted to SBI, totalling ₹30 crore. Issued at a yield of 11% and an issue price of ₹4,86,653.50, these CPs mature on September 23, 2025, after a 91-day tenure, with a redemption value of ₹30 crore.
