Paisalo Digital has allotted 300 listed Commercial Papers (CPs) to Rajarambapu Sahakari Bank Ltd via private placement. The total issue is valued at ₹14.32 crore with a redemption value of ₹15 crore. Each CP, with a face value of ₹5,00,000, was issued at ₹4,77,386.50, offering a yield of 9.50%. These CPs have a 182-day tenure, maturing on February 18, 2026.
