Paisalo Digital Limited approved two NCD tranches of up to ₹75 crore each through Private Placement on EBP, totalling ₹150 crore. The first offers 8.45% for 2 years, and the second 8.50% for 3 years. Both unsecured NCDs, with a ₹1,00,000 face value, will be listed on BSE, with allotment on November 6, 2025.
