Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said Pakistan DG (Military Operations) contacted Indian DGMO on May 10 after Indian Air Force bombed their airbases. "They tried stopping hostilities...They said to our DGMO, 'Maharaj, ab rok dijiye, bahut ho gaya (Maharaj, please stop, enough has happened)'," he said. LoP Rahul Gandhi then interrupted Singh's speech, shouting, "Then why did you stop [hostilities]?"
