External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Wednesday said that Pakistan-China nexus began when India was under Congress rule. "Their tango was possible because Congress gave up Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Their nexus is not new," he stated. Jaishankar added that the Narendra Modi-government has corrected "wrongs" of ex-PM Jawaharlal Nehru's policies by suspending Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan.
