CM of Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, accused the country's federal government of "manufacturing terrorism" for its own agenda. He said Pakistani military is targeting civilians and committing war crimes under pretext of fighting terrorism, TOLO News reported. "People of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are fed up with this self-made terrorism...decisions made behind closed doors," said Afridi.
