Security expert Major General Sudhakar Jee (Retd) warned that Pakistan's ISI is building "homegrown" and "white-collar" terror networks in India with support from its Bangladesh-based proxies. He cautioned that West Bengal, due to its proximity to Bangladesh, could be targeted next, as ISI and LeT have expanded their networks in border areas.
