Former Indian diplomat Rajiv Dogra said Pakistan's field marshal Asim Munir was right when he said Indus waters are India's property. "If you look at the river rights of any big nation, be it China or America, they consider their rivers their family properties," he added. Dogra said Munir must consult with an intelligent person before saying anything.
