Union Minister of Jal Shakti, CR Paatil, on Thursday rejected Pakistan's repeated letters asking India to lift the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, calling them a formality that wouldn't change India's stance. "The water won't go anywhere," he added. Reacting to Pakistani leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's recent remarks threatening India, Paatil said, "We aren't scared of such empty threats."
