After Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif claimed Afghanistan was fighting a "proxy war" for Delhi, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said it is Pakistan's old habit to blame its neighbours for internal failures. Jaiswal said Pakistan is infuriated that Afghanistan is exercising sovereignty over its own territories. He said India remains committed to the territorial integrity of Afghanistan.
