Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, leading an all-party delegation on Operation Sindoor, in Brazil said Pakistan should forget the idea of bleeding India by 1,000 cuts. "If Pakistan is as innocent as they claim to be, why do they give safe haven to wanted terrorists?" Tharoor added. "You crack down on...infrastructure of terrorism.
