Pakistan is spying on millions of its citizens via a phone-tapping system and a Chinese-built internet firewall, a report by Amnesty International stated. According to Amnesty, Pakistan's intelligence services can tap into at least 4 million mobile phones simultaneously through its Lawful Intercept Management System. Amnesty estimated that Pakistan is currently blocking around 6.5 lakh web links.
