Indian Union Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh condemned Pakistan for bringing up Indus Waters Treaty issue at the United Nations international conference on glaciers in Dushanbe. "Pakistan, which itself is in violation of the Treaty, should desist from putting the blame of the breach...on India," said Singh.
