Pakistan demanded to chair 4 terror-related committees at UN Security Council (UNSC) but had to be satisfied with just one- 1988 Taliban Sanctions Committee, reports said. It reportedly wanted to chair 1267 Sanctions Committee, 1540 (Non-Proliferation) Sanctions Committee and 1373 Counter Terrorism Committee. UNSC members were reportedly unhappy with Pakistan's unreasonable demands and attitude.
