India slammed Pakistan's remarks on J&K at UN during a debate on Women, Peace and Security, calling it "delusional tirade". Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish said, "A country that bombs its own people, conducts systematic genocide, can only attempt to distract the world with misdirection." He said Pakistan sanctioned genocidal mass rape of 4,00,000 women by its own army in 1971.
