Former US Defence Department analyst, Michael Rubin, has said that Pakistan army chief Asim Munir's nuclear threat reminds him of what the world has heard from the Islamic State terrorist group. Munir claimed that Pakistan has nuclear weapons and would take "half the world down" if they think they're "going down" during a future war with India.
