Punjab's Ludhiana Commissionerate Police has busted an ISI-Pakistan-backed plan to carry out a terror attack and arrested 10 key operatives. "Preliminary investigation reveals that the accused were in contact with Pakistan-based handlers through three operatives based in Malaysia," DGP Punjab Police Gaurav Yadav said. The operatives had planned to carry out a grenade attack in a populated area.
