The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has filed a formal complaint with the ICC against India fast bowler Arshdeep Singh for his gesture in response to Haris Rauf's provocative gesture during the India-Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 Super Four clash on September 21. The complaint alleges that the pacer violated the ICC Code of Conduct by making immoral gestures towards spectators.
