Pakistan faces acute danger if India were truly to cut-off or significantly reduce Indus flows, a report by Sydney-based Institute for Economics & Peace said. Even small disruptions at critical moments could hurt agriculture since Pakistan lacks sufficient storage to buffer variations, it added.
