Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif deployed a high-level team for negotiations with Awami Action Committee (AAC) after violent protests struck Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), which left at least 20 people dead. The meeting went on for several hours on Thursday and the entire region observed a complete shutter-down and wheel-jam strike. The AAC spearheaded protests against "denial of fundamental rights".
