A Panchayat-style drama unfolded in Bihar when a village secretary failed to recognise Maner MLA Bhai Virendra during a phone call. The MLA, reportedly enquiring about a death certificate for one Rinki Devi, was heard threatening to hit the secretary with his shoes. “You don’t know Bhai Virendra? The whole country knows me," he allegedly said.
