Paramount Skydance raised proposed breakup fee in its bid to acquire Warner Bros Discovery by around 140% from $2.1 billion to $5 billion, Bloomberg reported. This comes after the Hollywood studio asked bidders to submit improved offers by December 1. Warner Bros has put itself up for sale since October, with Comcast and Netflix also showing interest in the buyout.
