Parents of Kashmiri students in Iran held protests in Srinagar, urging the Indian government to evacuate their children from Iran. Many said their children were stuck in cities targeted by Israeli missiles. Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah said he spoke to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and was assured that the government is prioritising students’ safety.
