The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has doubled off-road and indoor parking fees starting Wednesday, following orders from the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM). The decision, taken under Stage II of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), aims to curb worsening air pollution in the capital.
