Amid calls for a Special Parliamentary Session on Operation Sindoor, TMC leader Derek O'Brien criticised the Narendra Modi-led government for avoiding it and instead announcing the dates for the Monsoon Session. He described the move as "Parliamentophobia", accusing the government of having a "morbid fear of facing Parliament". He also said the government was running away from a Special Session.
