A video is being shared online, showing train passengers waiting in a long queue for ticket while the ticket clerk is busy on phone in Karnataka's Yadgir station. The video shows one of the passengers telling him to issue the ticket, to which the clerk replies, "One minute." Railways said it has notified the DRM for necessary action.
