A 52-year-old man, Prakash Parab, died at Cooper Hospital after a severe head injury from a bathroom fall. Despite repeated calls, ward doctors allegedly ignored him for nearly two hours. A memo was issued against the doctors. The hospital also faced negligence complaints in the past.
