Pavna Industries Limited set up a new R&D Centre in Sector-63, Noida, to develop electronic components, lock systems, and switches. On November 05, 2025, it also formed PAVNA SMC PRIVATE LIMITED with Smartchip Microelectronics Corp, holding an 80% stake, to manufacture electronic parts for ICE, EV, aerospace, and medical devices.
