Amid controversy over Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh touching actress Anjali Raghav's waist on stage, Pawan's second wife, Jyoti Singh, has accused him of neglecting her for months and threatened self-immolation. "This is my final plea to you at the end of 7 years of struggle...Come and talk to me, respond to my calls and messages," she wrote on Instagram.
