A newly released toxicology report has revealed that former One Direction singer Liam Payne had a high alcohol percentage in his blood at the time of his death. Payne, who died in October 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina, was also found to have "cocaine metabolites, methylecgonine, benzoylecgonine, cocaethylene and the medication sertraline" in his system.
