Paypal has partnered with global wallet companies to create the PayPal World platform that will make cross-border commerce easier. The launch partners include India’s NPCI International Payments, which operates mobile payments framework UPI and China’s Tenpay Global which operates Weixin payment ecosystem, along with PayPal and Venmo. It has also signed an MoU with Latin America’s Mercado Pago.
