One97 Communications, parent of Paytm, has sought to take direct ownership of several tech and financial subsidiaries. It will acquire a 51.22 % stake in Paytm Financial Services Ltd from the founder, consolidating control over firms like Admirable Software, Urja Money, Mobiquest and Fincollect. The move aims to streamline structure and strengthen governance.
