Shares of One97 Communications Ltd, the parent of Paytm, fell on Tuesday after a block deal in which 1.32 crore shares worth ₹1,722 crore (2.07% of the company's equity) changed hands. The stock closed at ₹1,295.25 apiece, 2.87% below the previous day's close on BSE. The intraday low was recorded at ₹1,291 apiece after the stock opened at ₹1,320.
