Fintech platform Paytm launched 'Playback', an AI-powered experience that can generate a personalised rap song from users' last month’s spending history. Playback, an in-house voice model currently available to select high-transacting customers, appears in the ‘Balance & History’ section of the app. The rap lyrics narrate spending across categories such as shopping, food, travel, and utilities.
