PC Jeweller Ltd has allotted 97,84,800 equity shares of face value ₹1 each after conversion of 9,78,480 fully convertible warrants by two non-promoter allottees. The company received ₹4.12 crore, increasing paid-up equity share capital from ₹692.21 crore to ₹693.19 crore. The new shares carry equal rights as existing shares.
