Speaking at Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in China, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said "biggest challenges" in the region are related to peace and security. He stated the cause of these problems is terrorism and peace and prosperity cannot co-exist with it. Rajnath added that SCO shouldn't hesitate to criticise nations who use cross-border terrorism as an instrument of policy.
