Peon Siba Narayan Nayak was arrested in Odisha after RWSS engineer Sachin Gouda filed a police complaint alleging he was deliberately given a bottle of urine instead of water. The incident took place on July 23 in Gajapati district. Nayak denied the charge, claiming he collected water from an aqua guard. Police are now investigating the motive behind the act.
