Three people were killed in a stampede during the Rath Yatra in Puri on Sunday. An eyewitness said "people fell over each other" and several lost consciousness in just a few minutes. He said they rushed to the information centre seeking help, but, the centre couldn't do anything, and the ambulance was stationed around a kilometre away from the spot.
