People in Japan greeted PM Narendra Modi with chants of "Modi-san, welcome" after he arrived in Sendai by bullet train alongside Japanese PM Shigeru Ishiba on Saturday. PM Modi also met Indian train drivers undergoing training at East Japan Railway Company. The day before, he was welcomed with 'Gayatri Mantra' chants by a group of Japanese artists.
