Several people who were protesting at India Gate to demand policies against Delhi's deteriorating air quality were detained by the police and taken to an undisclosed location on Sunday. The police said the protestors were detained, as India Gate is not the designated site for protests. This comes as the pollution in parts of Delhi crossed the AQI of 400.
