People's personality types can predict which exercise they will enjoy and how much benefit they get from it, according to a study published in Frontiers in Psychology. Researchers found that extroverted people preferred HIIT workouts, while those with the neuroticism trait preferred private low-intensity workouts. Conscientious people liked structured and schedule-based activities, as per study.
