Perplexity has rolled out a new Email Assistant that will give Gmail and Outlook users a built-in AI helper for managing their inbox. While the tool is already available, it is limited to Perplexity Max subscribers. The assistant can be added to any email thread to take over scheduling tasks. It checks everyone's availability and suggests meeting times.
