A shocking case of animal cruelty surfaced in Bihar when passengers at Raxaul railway station found a pet dog tied to a seat inside a train coach. The animal, visibly distressed and frightened, barked continuously and tried to bite anyone who approached. The unusual sight caused panic among passengers and disrupted train services for more than an hour.
