An eight-month-old Toy Poodle was brutally assaulted at a pet boarding facility in Thane, Maharashtra where it lost vision in one eye. Visuals showed the dog suffering a swollen eye and under-eye hemorrhages leading to eyeball removal surgery. FIR has been lodged under section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
