Allahabad High Court has directed Centre to provide a personal security officer (PSO) to petitioner S Vignesh Shishir who is pursuing a case against Rahul Gandhi claiming he has British citizenship. The court also asked Centre to respond to his petition seeking Y-Plus security. "Petitioner is pursuing cases against very powerful individual and is facing constant threats," the court said.
