Peyush Bansal left Microsoft in 2007 to start SearchMyCampus but that did not work out. In 2010, he started Lenskart to build eyewear as a necessity and not a fashion accessory. He had early problems like incorrect prescriptions, logistics failures, breakage during transport, supplier inconsistencies but solved all of it. Today, Lenskart is valued at ₹72000 crore.
