In an unusual move, the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), North India's premier health institute, has decided to allot four of its total nine canteens and cafeterias to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), a public sector undertaking that provides ticketing, catering, and tourism services for the state-owned Indian Railways.
