In response to reports published in The Tribune highlighting the stray dog menace, the Municipal Corporation Phagwara (MC) has taken proactive steps to address the growing stray dog population and ensure public safety by launching an intensified dog-catching campaign and inaugurating a modern Animal Birth Control (ABC) Centre equipped with a dedicated dog-catching vehicle.
