A sexual harassment complaint was filed with National Commission for Women (NCW) against Bhim Army chief and MP Chandrashekhar Azad. NCW registered the case following a complaint by a PhD scholar who alleged she and Azad were in a relationship for three years, and he had promised to get married to her. She referred to herself as 'Victim No. 3'.
